The Fall Class Schedule began Tuesday, September 17th with brand new classes entering through October 3rd! We brought back some of your regular scheduled favorites and added some new classes! Check out these new additions! Try them all and get the full WellNest experience.

VIN & YIN
Sundays | 9:45am
Start Date Sept. 29th
A combination of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. This class will begin with a Vinyasa flow to allow energy to build and move freely throughout the body. The second half of the class will focus on Yin poses held longer to stretch the connective tissues helping us to relax into the deepest layers of the body.

YOGA FOR ANXIETY

This series is for everyone; beginners and advanced students, women, men, teenagers, and all body types and abilities. Living in a culture of a rising anxiety epidemic, it's important we give ourselves the space and time for our mental wellbeing. Yoga can be an effective tool for managing anxiety since the practice is about present moment awareness and internal peace. In class, we’ll use the mind/body/breath connection to create new mental and physical connections. You’ll leave class feeling relaxed, re energized and equipped with tools for dealing with the challenges of life. Mats and chairs for adaptive yoga are provided.

POWER YOGA

Power Yoga is a powerful Vinyasa Flow. Students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements all while utilizing this breath to create strength in the body and mind connection. This allows them to achieve more within their practice. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session. With powerful postures and strong sequences bringing you can bring your practice to new heights. You can be prepared to practice or arm balances and inversions within this practice.
Level: Intermediate/Advanced. Prior yoga experience required as we build upon the basic skills and principles you’ve already learned and help take it to the next level.
