What is power yoga? By definition, ”power yoga" is "moving dynamically (and continuously) with your breath for a heating, full-body yoga workout."
This can be challenging for those new to yoga and intimidating for those used to a traditional Hatha class. It requires flowing through yoga's many poses in rapid succession, and if you're not already familiar with the poses, that's hard.
With that in mind we created a Power Yoga for Beginners to take the concepts of Power Yoga, break them down and make them accessible to everyone. With this workshop in your tool belt you’ll not only feel more confident in whatever class you enter but you’ll also feel more powerful and strong in your personal practice.
Our aim is to let everyone experience that "flow" state Power Yoga is popular for, without risking injury, rushing, or getting lost in a tricky transition.
