Learn to Arm Balance
Learn to lift off with Nicole Laznovsky’s Arm Balance workshop! Arm balances are powerful tools that can help us overcome fear, create a deeper connection to the self through building trust and confidence. In this workshop we will build integrity within our foundation that will become the building blocks to take flight in poses such as Crow, Side crow, Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 & 2, 8 Angle Pose and Flying Pigeon. Not only will you be brought through a sequential flow that will teach you the understandings of balance you’ll also get personal cues and adjustments needed to help you specifically to advance.
You can be a beginner to arm balancing or come to refine and bring more strength, ease and duration to the poses you already know.. and practice the ones you don’t!
Bring a mat and child-like sense of play and adventure. We’ll use blocks and even TRX straps as props! (provided by the studio)
