Safety is our top priority!

We would like to emphasize that we are committed to the safety and well-being of our staff and the WellNest Community. These precautions are our top priority.

•The staff at WellNest is continually disinfecting all surfaces that have human contact, such as doorknobs, light switches, etc. with medical grade cleaner.

•We are following CDC recommendations for preventing the spread of germs.

•Our staff has always practiced very extensive hand washing techniques and will continue to do so and encourage all who enter to do the same.

•We provide hand sanitizer at the front desk, hallways and back lobby and ask that you please use before and after your visit.

•We are kindly asking that anyone that has cold or flu-like symptoms not enter WellNest Studios.

•We are keeping all scheduled classes and appointments open for now. We always keep our classes sizes to a spacious and comfortable manner and have smaller class sizes than most places.

•We ask that you bring your own mats at this time. Mats will not be provided.
