We’re excited to announce we are bringing babies to the nest with Baby & Me Yoga! This is a great addition to our regular Prenatal Yoga as you can bring your new bundle of joy back to meet us where it all began.

In this one hour class you will be exercising both on your own and with your baby. For mommies in particular we will aim to tighten the core, alleviate lower back pain, stretch and strengthen your body, reduce postpartum blues and anxieties — all while having fun with your baby! Nursing, feeding, bouncing, crying, diaper changes are all absolutely acceptable, expected and a normal part of this super casual class. Just roll with it!

0 - first steps: Bring an extra blanket to lay your baby on, bumbo chairs or something to prop them up if that is what they prefer and few small toys or teethers for independent play. We recommend moms to be a minimum of 8 weeks postpartum.

At any time during the class you are welcome to tend as needed to your little one. Just join back when you’re ready. No previous yoga classes required.

All classes are geared toward beginners and aim to leave you feeling better than when you came, mentally and/or physically.
