This workshop offers you the chance to pause, reconnect, and find harmony within. Join us for a transformative experience where we’ll explore balance-focused postures such as Dancer, Flamingo, Bird of Paradise, Tree, Half Moon, Warrior 3, Eagle, Crow, Side Crow, and Baby Crow.

As you move through these poses, you'll cultivate not only physical strength and stability, but also mental clarity and calm. Through the challenge of balancing, Dawn will guide you to discover the delicate interplay between effort and surrender, allowing you to find peace even in the busiest moments of life.
