Sandra is a NASM Certified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer & Fitness enthusiast with 26 years of training under her belt as well as a background in competitive Dance. Sandra's currently teaching Strength & Sculpt, Spin, as well as, Pilates- Mobility & Stretch providing a wide range of styles available to tailor your Personal training session towards your wants and needs.
Sandras classes pay strict attention to the form and function of the movements in a low impact styled, total body and core workout.
Sandra is a lifelong fitness and outdoor fanatic. She is currently climbing to complete the ADK 46ers club.
