Private Yoga w/ Dawn

Now Available Mondays 4:30-5:30 pm and 6:45-7:45 pm

Dawn started her yoga journey in 2012 practicing to attend a yoga retreat as a promise to a friend. She has spent the years since practicing all forms of yoga styles to hone her teaching style and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2023.

Dawn focuses on bringing your breath to the pose and your drishti. Dawn's classes are powerfully organized and her calming presence offers you the space to move and listen to your body and your mind.

As a mother of two young children, who you can often find in yoga poses, the value and importance of calmness that is found on your mat.
